You will be responsible for working in partnership with a variety of SME clients to handle complex HR matters and offer credible HR advice with a pragmatic consultative approach. You will be working as part of an established team of HR and compliance professionals, who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional service to small business owners and managers, providing full employment lifecycle support and HR tools and advice to support. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate significant experience in handling a high volume of employee relations cases in particular related to TUPE and redundancy, with the ability to be client focused to provide a tailored solution rather than process driven.
