The Opportunity
We’re looking for an aspiring Growth Director with a background in global advertising to accelerate our expansion across EMEA. You’ve got 5–7 years of experience and are ready to step up into the new role.
This is a relationship-led, commercially focused role — perfect for someone who knows how to turn conversations into connections, and connections into opportunities. You’ll represent Freedman within the marketing audiences, engage CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and agency leaders, and position Freedman as the go‑to partner for global campaign execution.
