A leading independent wealth management firm is looking to expand its advisory team with the addition of a Senior Wealth Advisor. With a national client base and a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive, planning-first advice, the firm offers robust infrastructure, a collaborative team environment, and a flexible location model for experienced advisors.
The platform is built to support advisors in delivering exceptional service to high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, without the constraints of a sales-first model. Advisors benefit from in-house portfolio management, marketing resources, advanced planning tools, and dedicated operations support.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the lead relationship manager for a select group of HNW/UHNW clients
* Deliver tailored, comprehensive wealth plans in collaboration with internal subject matter experts
* Drive outcomes across investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and multi-generational wealth transfer
* Monitor portfolios and strategic alignment with client goals
* Engage in business development through high-trust referrals and strategic relationships
* Participate in firm-wide growth through upcoming client transitions and acquisition-related opportunities

Qualifications
* CFP designation or Series 65 required (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
* 10+ years of experience advising HNW/UHNW clients
* Demonstrated success in relationship-driven financial planning
* Ability to bring a portable book of business (starting around ~$20M+)
* High standards for integrity, discretion, and communication
* Experience working within an independent RIA or fiduciary-oriented advisory firm is strongly preferred
