Overview
Client Executive role at dentsu, working with iProspect, a dentsu company. The role focuses on supporting client leadership and digital media planning while collaborating with the wider team to deliver innovative and creative media campaigns.
Role Responsibilities
* Responding in a timely and accurate manner to client requests for information, coordinating with internal stakeholders across the network to fulfill requests.
* Support the delivery of outstanding client service for clients, working with the Client Account Manager, Client Account Director and Client Director to implement the appropriate contact strategy and client service plan.
* Coordinate and mobilise the iProspect network around clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Collaborate with the strategist, senior planners, and dentsu data sources to create robust consumer journeys to inform strategic development.
* Contribute to ideation sessions with dentsu stakeholders to develop ecosystem based on the agreed strategy.
* Work with digital activation teams and clients to apply learnings from campaign optimisation to the campaign.
* Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth finance processes, obtain POs accurately and timely, and maintain an up-to-date PO tracker ensuring spend commitments are met by media teams.
Qualifications & Skills
* Digital Marketing / Media knowledge & experience (Agency and/or Client side).
* Experience of working with teams responsible for delivering client needs.
* Good understanding of different media channels.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong client-centric service ethic.
