We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven store manager to lead retail operations and inspire a high‑performing team to beat targets and deliver world‑class service.
Responsibilities
* Support and motivate the in‑store team to achieve store targets by maximizing opportunities and surpassing KPIs, while maintaining exemplary Pandora customer service.
* Provide strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back‑of‑house activities enable successful commercial execution.
* Become a Pandora product expert through comprehensive training, and nurture and develop the team to unlock their full potential and support succession planning.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a store setting.
* Passion for cultivating a culture of exemplary customer service.
* Ability to understand Pandora’s local and global business strategy and translate it into delivery of store, regional, and division KPIs.
* Experience using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and ability to take action to capitalize on opportunities.
* Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high‑performing team.
* Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
* Positive, can‑do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
* Well‑presented appearance and a taste for desirable products.
