An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and innovative teacher to contribute to the Software Development-based courses in the School of Digital Technologies. The School’s provision comprises A Level Computer Science, T Level Digital, Advanced and Pre-advanced Vocational IT courses, Esports and online adult courses in Software Development and Web Application Design. The successful candidate would initially be contributing to the A Level and T Level courses. Applications are welcome from outstanding teachers seeking full-time or part-time roles, and from both newly qualified and more experienced teachers.

This a truly exciting time to be joining the Digital team at Runshaw. We recently launched our Centre of Digital Excellence and are also actively involved in the National Cyber Security Centre’s CyberFirst Bursary scheme, working with both high schools and higher education to promote and prepare students for careers in the growing cyber security sector. You will be joining a high performing team that puts all our learners at the heart of everything we do. You will be enthusiastic, committed to continuous improvement, and motivated to engage in further career development in subject knowledge, pedagogy, and links with industry. You will also be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
