Key Responsibilities:

4. Train and support staff on Salesforce best practices and processes.
5. Create, analyze, and present reports and dashboards.
6. Prepare the system for future AI and advanced analytics capabilities.
7. Possess 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce.
8. Be skilled in configuration (flows, validation rules, profiles, permissions).
9. Have strong reporting and data visualization capabilities.
10. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
11. Experience with tools like Form Assembly, payment platforms, Power BI, or Tableau.
12. Be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
