* Serve as a bridge between frontline clinical practice and organizational strategy, applying systems thinking to healthcare quality and safety.
* Lead high-priority improvement projects, including problem identification, root cause analysis, data mining, process mapping, and implementation of sustainable change.
* Collaborate with clinical and executive leaders across CCL and the Cleveland Clinic global enterprise to share learning and embed best practices.
* Shape and refine the Scholar-to-Fellow pathway for future cohorts, ensuring alignment with CCL's strategic priorities and program sustainability.
