Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with one hours' unpaid break. Key responsibilities: Administer all colleague lifecycle administrative and system related activity such as issuing new starter documentation and contracts of employment. Variation processing and all leaver related activity Maintenance of the recruitment system, including creating and posting job adverts supporting our internal standards and external attraction requirements Collation of monthly MI Ownership of the team shared inbox, allocating queries/tasks to the relevant team member and actioning all system related queries (iTrent) Maintenance of the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements Timely processing of all people related system updates in line with payroll deadlines Ensure new starter and leaver processes are delivered on time and within agreed SLAs, escalating any potential risks when required Requirements Excellent administrative experience and experience of HR support activities Ability to work and deliver in a fast paced environment, managing time effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience of working within HR systems Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Why Join Us?
