* Organizational leadership: responsible for the plant and lead all aspects of manufacturing operations, facilities, materials and employees; lead a cross‑functional organization and operational value stream by setting objectives, developing plans, executing daily management activities and implementing corrective action (as required) to ensure customer success; drive collaborative relationships with other Rexnord plants to foster a "One Team" mentality; establish organizational vision in both quantitative and qualitative measures; progress toward vision; foster learning organization; remove ambiguity; align toward long and short term business objectives
* Drive business performance – SQDC: utilize an 80/20 mindset to overserve top customers through strong operational performance; develop, communicate and align organization around key performance indicators; ensure performance targets are achieved

* Responsible for operational and financial performance of the business focused on revenue, operating income and cash performance; manage budgets and spending to achieve long and short term objectives
* Partner with other site leaders, business unit, segment and central functions to ensure Regal Rexnord’s and customer’s success
* Talent management: provide leadership, coaching and mentorship; lead talent management system with plant leadership and HRBP; drive organizational effectiveness, structure and employee development; identify, recruit and retain top talent
* Continuous improvement leadership: set clear vision for site with CI roadmap; lead development of organizational alignment and achievement of long‑term value stream/operational improvement priorities; lead daily management activities at Gemba to drive SQDC performance and improvement; lead and engage employees during daily management, kaizens and projects to drive continuous improvement; leverage knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and CI principles to solve problems; establish and lead a culture energized by effective problem solving, defect elimination and effective root‑cause corrective action
Qualifications
* Master’s degree or equivalent related experience required; advanced degree preferred
* 5+ years (Production, Mfg Eng, Quality); minimum 3‑5 years in leadership role in a manufacturing company, preferably in machining industry
* Proven managerial experience
* Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
* Technical background; familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
* Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes; result and performance oriented
* Decision‑making skills; communication and change management; strong teamwork and people management skills; very good command of English
* Knowledge of Lean tools (Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma required; Black Belt preferred)
* Experience with 80/20 business simplification preferred
