Administrator (in a Nursing Home) FULL TIME Clydebank G81 2RW £13.50/hr (will increase based on first 6 months probation period ) This is a great role working for a rapidly expanding UK Based Care Company. Working in an Elderly Care Home Environment, for a forward thinking national charitable organisation, we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team on a permanent contract. The Administrator is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support across all aspects of the Home's service. You will have at least 3 years UK based Administration experience. Duties include - Assist the Home Manager in ensuring that the Home is compliant with external regulatory requirements as well as meeting all of our internal standards. Effective administration service including payroll processing, staff rotas, holiday collation, recruitment, leaver data, absence management and staff training Systems expert on the team, supporting the Home Manager to deliver business/system changes and ensure data is effectively transferred from old system to new and that the Home is fully compliant with the new ways of working. The Administrator Manager will be dealing with confidential information and is expected to role model companys values by demonstrating professional, confidential and discreet behaviour. DETAILS - £13.50/hr to increase after 6 months. Hours of work will be 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. The expected hours are 9am-5pm, butthere is a slight degree of flexibility with these hours and can be discussed if successful at interview stage (ie 8am-4pm or 8.30am-4.30pm). Industry training will be provided.
