Salary: MPS/UPS (£32,000 – £45,000) + potential TLR for the right candidate
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Dudley from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-structured Maths department that places a strong emphasis on high-quality teaching, collaboration, and raising student achievement across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Support students in building confidence, fluency, and problem-solving skills
* Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development
* Use assessment effectively to track progress and inform teaching
* Support intervention strategies to raise attainment
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
* Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
