Our client, a well-established Architectural Practice based in Boston, Lincolnshire, is actively seeking an Architect to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect to progress and further their career within a team of talented individuals.
This Architectural Practice specializes in Residential and Commercial developments, offering the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Residential or Commercial sectors, with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion, possess a strong eye for detail and design, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting design proposals and detailed drawings, meeting with construction professionals, conducting feasibility studies, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and attending site visits. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, as it is used daily in this role.
Architect Job Overview
1. Work on various projects within the residential and commercial sectors.

Job Requirements
1. Live within a commutable distance to Boston.
2. Be an ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect.
3. Possess knowledge of UK building regulations.
4. Have excellent AutoCAD skills with practical experience.
5. Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Work well within a team environment.
7. Be motivated and proactive.
