Overview
The Senior Production Manager is accountable for the end-to-end
production of all Made to Measure hard goods (e.g., blinds, shutters,
hardware‑based window treatments) across multiple production
lines and facilities. This role involves leading and developing
Production Managers and their teams, ensuring consistent delivery
of high‑quality products within agreed timeframes. The Senior
Production Manager will drive operational excellence, compliance,
and continuous improvement, while fostering a Customer Obsessed
culture. Made to Measure is an exciting area of growth for the business. It is

We work closely with many other areas of the business but most
notably stores, store operations, digital growth, product and design
teams.
