Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Assistant to join our team at Trehellas House Hotel. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service and hospitality.
Responsibilities
* Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
* Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas of the hotel.
* Support the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and managing reservations.
* Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
* Help with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel management.
Requirements
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanour.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
