You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Estates & Facilities team by providing a safe and pleasant working environment for all residents and employees in a charity that provides world leading support for people with epilepsy through Care, Research and Advocacy. About the role To manage key Estate operations, in particular planned maintenance and contractor work in accordance with best possible Health and Safety standards. You will also carry out a variety of estate activities on site, including overseeing planned maintenance schedules, contractor adherence to guidelines, procedures and schedules and management of external contractors. Project management of repair works, co-ordinating Fire Drills, monitoring and completing Fire Logbooks and providing ad-hoc support for Estates coordinator and Head of Estates when required, will also be part of the role.
