Rate: £21.00 per hour (CIS) - Rate Dependant on Experience

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Heritage Joiner to join a growing team working on prestigious conservation and restoration projects across historic and listed buildings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in traditional craftsmanship and has a passion for preserving the built environment.



The Role


You will be involved in a variety of heritage and ecclesiastical projects, carrying out high-quality joinery and restoration work using traditional materials and methods.

Key responsibilities include:

* Repairing and restoring historic timber features and structures
* Manufacturing and installing bespoke joinery including doors, windows, mouldings, and panelling
* Carrying out timber repairs using appropriate conservation techniques
* Working with hardwoods, softwoods, and traditional materials to match existing fabric
* Interpreting drawings and specifications to produce accurate work
* Working across workshop and site environments
* Adhering to health and safety standards while using hand and power tools
