Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
About the Role: QED Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer to join a highly respected law firm in Buckinghamshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, or Legal Executive with 2-5 years of case handling experience to join a supportive and friendly residential property team.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, which may include:
* Sales & Purchases
* Leaseholds & Freeholds
* Remortgages
* Transfers of Equity
Requirements
* 2-5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing case handling
* Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
* Strong communication and client care skills
* A team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
