About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join our team delivering goods to DIY stores across the UK. This role requires a professional, safety-conscious individual who takes pride in providing excellent service. Successful candidates will be required to attend an assessment as part of the recruitment process.
Key Duties:
* Drive HGV Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
* Transport goods to designated locations across the UK
* Conduct vehicle checks to ensure safety and functionality
* Use handheld scanners and maintain accurate delivery logs
* Perform heavy lifting as required
* Communicate effectively with relevant departments
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Valid HGV Class 2 licence with a minimum of 1 year experience
* Must be over 25 years old
* Valid Digital Tacho Card
* Valid CPC Card
* Driving record with no more than 6 points (No BA, CD40-90, DD, IN10, DR/DG offences)
* Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
