About The Role
Sytner Select Wakefield offers a Permanent New and Used Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £21,000 and the potential for generous commission. The role involves supporting customers throughout their car buying journey, ensuring a high level of service.
* Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs during the purchase of a new or used car.
* Work a variety of flexible patterns, which can include weekends, to provide the highest possible level of service.
* Achieve an on‑target earnings of £44,380 and receive benefits such as subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward, discounted gym membership, and discounts with popular high‑street retailers.
About You
You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face‑to‑face, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* A full and valid UK driving licence will be of benefit.
* Experience in customer service within a retail environment is required.
* You may be asked to attend an assessment centre. Successful applicants will receive details once the role has closed.
