My client is seeking a Office Manager to join their team based in Nottingham.
This role will be 4 days a week in the office.
This Role Will Include
* To ensure the smooth running of the office and provide a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
* To manage the operational functions of HR; including recruitment and on boarding.
* To organise Company Events, encouraging attendance and employee engagement.
* To manage office security, attendance and logistics for visitors and remote-working staff.
* To manage the diaries of the Chairman and Managing Director.
Skills
* Professional attitude with good communication skills, verbal and written
* Organisational skills with attention to detail
* Friendly and outgoing
* Flexible and people orientated
* IT literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
* Owning key HR processes and activities
* Managing the recruitment process; liaising with managers, candidates, contractors and external recruiters
* Developing relationships with relevant organisations and universities, and attending events in order to attract graduates and promote Nexor.
* Managing on boarding activities, ensuring these are tailored to the role and the requirements of the Department
* Managing Nexor’s performance management processes in conjunction with Department and Line Managers
