Key Responsibilities
You’ll be a vital part of our airport Service Quality team — keeping systems running and supporting the people who keep planes moving. ✈️💻
You will learn to:
* Analyse scanning conformance of the Hubs/Gateways and distribute to relevant functions for corrections
* Customer requirements analysis/ report creating
* Development of engineering data strategy
* Data channel development and storage
* PowerBI dashboard creation and maintenance
* Trend analysis of leading indicators
* Development of web interfaces and applications
* Collaborative working with other analysts in the business to develop standard ways of working
* Support to other analysts within the service quality team

Complete a Data Technician apprenticeship qualification
