Interim Finance Manager - £70,000 pro rata 6 Month FTC or day rate equivalent (inside IR35)

Sellick Partnership is recruiting an Interim Finance Manager for our SME client in the manufacturing sector, based in North Manchester.
The Role:
Our client requires an experienced finance professional to provide interim support, focusing on year-end processes, monthly management accounts, and audit liaison. You'll oversee finance BAU activities, some treasury activities and ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing monthly management accounts and group submissions
* Preparing statutory accounts and year-end provisions
* Liaising with external auditors
* Reviewing AP, AR and General Ledgers
* Overseeing cash flow forecasting and payment approvals
* Managing fixed asset register and depreciation
Essential Requirements:
* Advanced Excel skills
* Proven experience in a similar finance management role
* Manufacturing industry experience
* Strong technical accounting skills with expertise in fixed asset and stock accounting
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills across finance and non-finance stakeholders
Desirable:
* CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualification
Contract Details:
* 6-month Fixed Term Contract
* £70,000 pro rata or day rate equivalent (inside IR35)
* Full-time, office-based position
* Reporting to the Financial Controller
* Immediate start available
