What You'll Lead
You'll be responsible for executing our Digital Sportsbook strategy, partnering with the Head of Sportsbook to achieve Gross Profit targets and deliver exceptional commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with the Head of Sportsbook and senior stakeholders to define and deliver the long-term vision for our Digital Sportsbook.
* Product Strategy Ownership: Develop and execute individual commercial strategies for each core Sportsbook product.
* Promotional Planning: Lead our messaging hierarchy and mass-market promotional plans, both BAU and for key sporting events.
* Performance Targets: Establish and manage KPI targets across sports, working closely with Trading Heads and sharing actionable insights with the wider business.
* Data & Insights: Prioritise and manage the Sportsbook BI backlog, ensuring a data-driven approach to commercial decision-making.
Your Impact
You'll be accountable for:
* Delivering Sportsbook Key Initiatives: Driving half-yearly commercial priorities in line with business objectives.
* Reporting & Analysis: Producing weekly performance reports against budgets and targets, highlighting insights that spark action and growth.
* Event Analysis: Conducting post-event commercial and analytical reviews to identify optimisation opportunities.
* Campaign Collaboration: Partnering with the Senior Sportsbook Campaign Manager to deliver cost-effective, high-impact promotions and analyse ATL performance (e.g., price boosts, free bets).
* Product Partnership: Acting as the lead commercial stakeholder for product consulting on new features and innovations to strengthen our customer proposition.
What We're Looking For
A commercially astute, analytical, and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.

* Proven experience in sportsbook management, with a strong track record in digital commercial performance (betting/gaming sector experience required).
* Highly analytical and strategic, skilled at translating data into actionable insights.
* A strong collaborator who works seamlessly across Trading, Product, and Customer Engagement teams.
* Commercially focused, with experience in setting, managing, and delivering against KPI targets and budgets.
* A detail-oriented multitasker, comfortable managing multiple initiatives and priorities.
* Working knowledge of UK and Irish gambling regulations, particularly their impact on digital operations.
