What You’ll Do:
* Transform brand guidelines into visually stunning, user-friendly experiences.
* Craft high-impact designs across websites, apps, social media, email, and digital advertising.
* Lead UX/UI initiatives, creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and final polished assets.
* Animate campaigns with motion graphics, video, and interactive elements that engage and inspire.
* Collaborate across marketing, product, and development teams to deliver creative that wows and performs.
* Juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality, hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Mentor and inspire junior designers, helping them grow and refine their craft.
* Stay ahead of design trends, tech innovations, and best practices to keep work fresh and cutting-edge.
What We’re Looking For:
* 4+ years of experience in digital design, whether agency or in-house.
* A portfolio packed with a mix of brand-led campaigns, social content, and UX/UI projects.
* Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
* A strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
* Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
* Bonus points for motion graphics or video editing experience.
* A confident communicator who can present ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Someone who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
