🦷 Associate Dentist – High Production Opportunity
Affordable Dental Solutions | Reading, PA – a busy PPO/FFS practice with strong patient demand and high production potential. This role is not a slow‑paced starter position; we’re seeking an experienced dentist comfortable with Endodontics to step into a full schedule and grow toward ownership.
The Opportunity
* High patient volume
* Established PPO & Fee‑for‑Service base

* Clear pathway to partnership (no upfront buy‑in)
Compensation
* $150,000 guaranteed minimum
* % of collections with significant upside
* $20,000 sign‑on bonus
* $2,000 annual CE allowance
* Paid malpractice coverage

What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience preferred
* Confident with Endodontics (required)
* Comfortable treating children and a diverse patient base
* Motivated, decisive, and production‑driven
