38.75 hours per week; Monday 08:30 - 17:00; Tuesday 10:45 - 19:15; Wednesday 08:30 - 17:00; Thursday 08:30 - 17:00; Saturday 10:45 - 19:15.

About You
As an Assistant Store Manager you will be commercially driven and marketing savvy, with the ability to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand. You will report to the Store Manager and work shoulder to shoulder, understanding individual needs to help develop your sales team. You will support the Store Manager in setting up and managing exceptional retail operational standards and in-store efficiencies to drive profitability. You need previous experience working to KPIs and targets with a strong customer‑service focus, either in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role.
