As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will serve as the primary financial interface between the Finance department and operational stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing high-level financial guidance, strategic insights, and decision support to leadership. The successful candidate will act as a "commercial conscience" for the business, driving financial performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and overseeing the integrity of financial planning and reporting cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Partnering
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable narratives to support strategic decision‑making.
* Performance Management: Partner with department heads to monitor financial performance, identify variances against budget, and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets.
* Commercial Analysis: Lead deep‑dive analysis into revenue streams, margin performance, and cost structures to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
* Planning Cycles: Lead the end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for designated business units.
* Investment Appraisal: Develop and review business cases for capital expenditure, new projects, or operational initiatives, ensuring a focus on ROI and risk mitigation.

Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications
* Professional Qualification: Fully qualified Accountant (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent).
* Business Partnering: Proven track record in a Finance Business Partnering role, with a focus on influencing non-finance stakeholders at a senior level.
* Analytical Background: Experience in managing budgeting and forecasting cycles in a complex commercial environment.
* Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and mentor high‑performing teams.
Technical & Soft Skills
