We are looking for a dedicated and confident HLTA who can support teaching and learning across all year groups. The successful HLTA will have:
Previous experience working in a primary school setting
The ability to lead whole-class lessons when required
Strong understanding of curriculum delivery and adaptive teaching
Excellent behaviour management and strong relationship-building skills
