They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their team and provide vital classroom support across a range of subjects. Provide one-to-one and small group guidance to students. Help monitor and record student progress and attainment. Support classroom organisation and promote positive behaviour. Work alongside colleagues to develop learning strategies and resources. Communicate effectively with parents and carers to strengthen student progress. Key Skills & Qualities Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Energy and patience, especially when working with students requiring additional support. A genuine interest in helping young people succeed. Essential Requirements Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Desirable Experience assisting students with SEN. Dedication to broadening access to education. Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and wider school life.
