As a Bodyshop Manager you will Manage the on-site team of experts - Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimator and all administrative staff Your key responsibilities will include entire site management, which includes Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials and Customer Service and setting targets Ideally familiar with the Autoflow BMS and Audatex estimating system Leading by example and promoting a positive work ethic You will be responsible for recruitment and delivering against key performance indicators with the help your senior management team. Ensuring Key to Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded Establish, maintain and promote good working relations with key personnel Hold daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets with team leaders, parts and reception staff.
