About the Role:
Recruit A Driver is seeking reliable and professional Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our clients growing transport operation in Scunthorpe. This position offers regular day shifts, carrying out a mix of local trailer runs and 45 national drops per shift. The work is clean, straightforward, and ideal for drivers who take pride in maintaining high standards on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete local trailer runs or up to 45 national drops per shift
* Carry out thorough vehicle checks before and after each journey
* Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and PODs
* Deliver goods safely, professionally, and on time
Requirements:
* Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence held for at least 2 years
* Minimum 6 months recent Class 1 driving experience
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
What We Offer:
