Duties

* Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
* Manage stock levels, organise shelves, and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and inviting
* Handle customer enquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
* Assist in organising promotional events or seasonal displays
* Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations
Skills
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a distinct advantage
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts
* Knowledge of merchandising principles to optimise product presentation
* Effective phone etiquette when dealing with customer calls or inquiries
* Demonstrated ability to upsell products tactfully to maximise sales potential
* Organised with good time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
