Acosta Europe is an exceptional business that cares about its people. We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world, currently seeking Seasonal Field Sales Executives to represent our partner, Nestlé.

The festive season increases the demand for Nestlé products. The Seasonal Field Sales Executives will work with a team responsible for boosting Nestlé Confectionery brand performance, awareness, and availability across UK retailers. You will act as the face of the brand, conducting retail store visits within a defined territory, with responsibilities to drive sales, increase display spaces, and maintain them throughout the season.

The role runs from September to 23rd December and involves working with Nestlé Confectionery across the top four grocery retailers nationwide. This is a full-time position, working 7.5 hours daily between 07:00 and 19:00.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will:

* Build relationships with retail decision makers (department and store managers)
* Identify and implement in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability, ensuring stock levels are maintained
* Implement Nestlé’s promotional activities and ensure products are correctly displayed and available

Skills to develop in this role include Relationship Building, Product Knowledge, Commercial Awareness, Influencing Skills, and Negotiation.

We are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience in FMCG, retail, or sales, but motivated individuals from other sectors are also encouraged to apply. A full manual driving licence and ability to travel within the territory are required.
