Our successful client based in Shrewsbury is looking for an Administrator to join them on a temporary basis. The role is initially for at least 3 months, with the possibility of becoming a longer-term opportunity. The main responsibility will be to serve as a communication channel for your assigned client, updating them on job status and lead times.
Duties will involve:
* Supporting the Account Manager with the administration and management of allocated accounts
* Supporting clients by acting as a point of contact to obtain progress reports and discuss work details
* Updating clients via portals, emails, and phone calls regarding the status of assigned work
* Monitoring the progress of work and keeping clients informed
* Ensuring all engineer paperwork is completed and filed correctly for timely invoicing
* Monitoring SLA and KPI targets relevant to each client to ensure they are met
* Raising work requests on in-house systems, gathering relevant information to identify required skills for work completion
* Requesting uplifts in line with budgets for work exceeding contractual limits
* Delivering high-quality customer service through effective communication
* Requesting uplifts from clients as needed
* Performing general administrative duties as required
* Additional duties may be assigned as the business needs evolve
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role
* Confident communication skills with customers at all levels
* Professional telephone manner
* Availability to start immediately
