1. 12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years on public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain
2. Must have worked on PSS cloud and good to have GDS understanding.
3. CRM/Salesforcesolution experience is a plus
4. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
5. Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
