We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Billing Administrator to join our team working inBournemouth. You will join us on afull time,fixed term contractbasis for 12 months, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of£26,299 per annum plus benefits.

Our billing team work closely with our customers to ensure that they are accurately billed in a timely and efficient manner. You will be a key member of the team, to ensure that our customer service values are upheld and provide accurate and up to date information using reporting suites to provide the data.


What you’ll be doing:

* Plan and prepare all elements of the billing process to ensure the customer bills are delivered accurately and at the right frequency to ensure an excellent customer experience
* Interrogate data systems for updated information and raise work requests for relevant wholesalers
* Maintain security and confidentiality of the data contained within the company systems
* Undertake reporting activity for the billing process to enable informed decisions and actions to be taken
* Provide 2nd line support to the Billing Team


What we are looking for:

* Educated in GCSE grade A – C in Maths and English
* A passion for data and analytics
* A strong communicator with a customer service background
* Good Microsoft Excel Skills
