Leading and motivating the brigade alongside the Head Chef
Driving consistency, creativity and quality across all sections
Developing junior chefs through training, guidance and support
Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
Contributing ideas to seasonal menu development and new concepts
