Business Support Advisor – Company Information
A well-established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support Advisor to join its growing team, based in Hereford. This consultancy offers a range of services such as Planning, Surveying, Consultation.
Business Support Advisor – Role Responsibilities
* Act as a key point of contact for clients and consultants, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Prepare and issue fee proposals, terms of business, and associated documentation.
* Set up projects accurately on internal CRM and management systems.
* Assist consultants with preparation, formatting, and proofreading of reports and technical documents.
* Monitor ongoing projects and support consultants with workflows, deadlines, and outstanding actions.
* Coordinate external suppliers and support standardised business processes and documentation.
* Support the financial and operational administration of projects.
* Process invoices, prepare fee accounts, and maintain accurate electronic records.
* Maintain job trackers, project records, and compliance documentation.
* Support diary coordination, meeting arrangements, and team administration.
* Assist with compliance procedures, including Anti-Money Laundering processes.
* Produce monthly and quarterly reports to support business performance monitoring.
* Provide wider office administration support and cover for colleagues when required.
The Ideal Business Support Advisor Will Have
* Previous experience within an administrative role in a professional services environment.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Strong written communication and document presentation skills.
* A professional and client‑focused communication style.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to problem‑solving.
* Strong team collaboration skills.
* Competency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
In Return – Compensation and Benefits
£28 000–33 000 per annum.
Agile working with a mix of office and remote working.
