Shop Assistant
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Shop Assistant for our client based in Cheltenham. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process.
Our client is a well-established business offering retail and hospitality services, including a country wear shop, café, and shooting school. You\'ll be joining a friendly and customer-focused team in a picturesque countryside setting.

Responsibilities
* Assisting customers in the shop and café
* Supporting management with stock counts and order processing
* Opening or closing the shop depending on shift time
* Providing excellent face-to-face customer service
* Helping with basic hospitality tasks (e.g. tea, coffee, sugar)
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Supervisory experience desirable (higher pay rate available)
* Strong attention to detail and reliability
* Friendly and professional manner
* Must live locally or have access to a vehicle due to site location
* Available to work flexible shifts Monday-Friday
Pay and Shifts
* £12.50 per hour
* Shifts vary: 08:00-16:00, 08:30-16:30, or 09:00-17:00
