As our National Field Lead, you’ll head up our Samsung UK retail field operation. In this pivotal role, you’ll set the strategic direction and oversee a large multi-site team, including Divisional and Regional Managers. You’ll deliver outstanding commercial results, operational excellence, and premium customer experiences.

You’re experienced in leading large, national multi-site retail teams and operations.
You’ll able to demonstrate a proven track record of inspiring and developing high-performing teams
You’re commercially aware with the ability to drive growth through data and insights
You’re an excellent stakeholder manager, confident at all levels
You’re resilient, adaptable, and skilled in project management
You're experienced in field retail, (ideally within tech), although candidates from similar sectors with transferable skills will be considered; we’re looking for strong behaviours, adaptability, and the attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have a full UK driving licence
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Competitive Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 Per Annum (depending on skills and experience)
