Who we’re looking for
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation and personal injury (claimant or defendant)
* Able to manage files independently while receiving ongoing support
* Open to expanding into other areas of law over time
* Strong client communication and case management skills
* Someone who values trust, collaboration and flexibility over rigid targets
* Personality-wise: down-to-earth, empathetic, self-motivated and team-oriented
What you’ll be doing
* Managing a litigation/personal injury caseload from inception to settlement
* With support, gradually building experience in civil, commercial litigation or family law
* Working alongside paralegals and admin staff in a close-knit team
* Supporting junior team members and participating in internal firm initiatives
* Building strong internal relationships and enjoying a positive, people-first culture
* Optional: engaging in BD or networking as your confidence grows
Salary & Benefits
* Up to £45,000 depending on experience
* 31 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with tenure
