This is an exciting opportunity for an advanced practitioner to take on this associate specialist nursing role within the Cancer Multidisciplinary Team(s). The post requires vision, innovation, and the ability to work across professional boundaries, underpinned by a genuine desire to provide the highest standards of patient care.

* Offering essential support and information about surgical and Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment plans.
* Assessing patients' clinical conditions to identify complications requiring medical or nursing interventions, including expediting admissions for oncological emergencies.
* Performing critical nursing interventions such as arranging blood transfusions, administering vital medications, diagnostics, and supporting tumour-specific nursing care interventions like wound care and drain management, as well as biopsies.
* Liaising with primary and secondary care MDTs and tertiary centres involved in shared care.
* Supporting multiple specialties, with opportunities to learn both generic transferable skills and tumour-specific skills.
