Role: SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

Role – We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join our SAP practice. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP PM module implementation, configuration, and support. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize maintenance processes that improve asset reliability, operational efficiency, and cost control.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance experience.
* Strong expertise in SAP PM module configuration and business process design.
* Hands-on experience with Notifications, Work Orders, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Equipment Master Data.
* Integration knowledge with MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and Asset Management modules.
* Experience with S/4HANA environment.
* Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, master data governance, and mobility solutions is a plus.
* Consulting background is a plus.
* Strong communication skills (oral & written).
* Rights to work in the UK is a must (No Sponsorship available).
Responsibilities
* Configure and implement SAP PM solutions aligned with business requirements.
* Set up preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
* Integrate PM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO.
* Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business users.
* Translate business needs into system solutions and functional specifications.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
* Prepare and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Provide post-implementation support and end-user training.
* Create functional design documents, configuration documents, and test scripts.
* Develop reports and KPIs for maintenance performance tracking.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, PP, and technical (ABAP/BASIS) teams.
* Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
