Role Description
The Graduate Sales Trainee role at URBAN is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our services. Day‑to‑day activities include building and maintaining customer relationships, participating in sales training programmes, developing sales strategies, and assisting in the management of client accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to develop essential sales and communication skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
