Key Responsibilities
* Manage capital investment projects from concept to completion, including specification, justification and procurement of equipment.
* Oversee installation, commissioning and validation of new equipment to align with operational goals and safety standards.
* Validate factory and site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT) at supplier sites and the new facility.
* Engage suppliers to evaluate capabilities, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
* Lead design, development and optimisation of manufacturing processes supporting NPI and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (design, operations, quality) on equipment requirements and project goals.
* Work with design teams to ensure manufacturability, high yield, cost‑effectiveness and scalability.
* Manage supplier relationships, technical specifications and delivery timelines, maintaining quality and budget.
* Measure equipment and process performance post‑implementation and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
* Problem‑solving skills with ability to resolve root causes of technical challenges.
* Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience as Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Launch Engineer, Project Engineer, Process Engineer, or Advanced Manufacturing Engineer.
* Experience with SAT/FAT.
* Experience managing installation of capital equipment in a manufacturing environment.
