A top national firm is looking for a conveyancing assistant who will sit within the Part Exchange team of their Plot Sales department and the successful conveyancing assistant will be responsible for supporting conveyancers in the acquisition and resale of part exchange properties for their housebuilder clients.
The Housebuilding Team specialises in residential development – and nothing else. With over 230 specialists, they have the largest residential development team in the UK offering a complete acquisition to disposal service. The team acts for national and regional housebuilders, promoters and institutional landowners on new residential developments of up to 6,500 new homes.
Required tasks will include opening and closing files and assisting with the preparation of standard letters and documents. In addition, the successful conveyancing assistant will submit searches, Land Registry applications and SDLT forms and prepare bills/invoices.
