Clinical Governance Administrator – Temporary Role
Location: Crawley (Hybrid – approx. 3 days/week in office)
Hourly Rate: £12.82 – £14.36

First Recruitment Services is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Clinical Governance Administrator to support their Clinical Governance Team. This is a Hybrid Role with an expectation to be in their Crawley office 3 days a week with 2 days a week at home.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide general administrative support including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining action logs
2. Send standardised acknowledgement letters to complainants and liaise with investigating managers to ensure timely responses
3. Monitor complaint and incident investigations to ensure completion within required timeframes
4. Upload policies and procedures, format documents, and run reports on the system
5. Liaise with internal departments to follow up on queries and ensure smooth communication
6. Use Excel to create and maintain registers, extract and analyse data, and track alerts issued to sites
7. Add staff to mandatory training courses and support training compliance tracking
Experience Required
8. Experience in governance/compliance roles within regulated sectors
9. Familiarity with ISO9001 or similar quality standards
10. Strong Excel and document formatting skills
