Your role and responsibilities Shift Based Technical Support Engineer - SC Clearance Required You will be working for IBM, supporting our public sector clients, and the role is fully onsite at the IBM Hursley location. As a Senior Technical Support Professional (L2), you will use your technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver high-quality support and drive continuous improvement across our services. Responsibilities include: - Handling complex production support tasks requiring deep understanding of the application, its function, and underlying technologies - Managing incidents, changes, and problems, and monitoring production processing - Following the ITIL framework and escalating to Level 3 support when needed - Coaching and mentoring junior team members to support skill growth and development - Collaborating with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure smooth integration with support solutions If you are passionate about solving complex technical challenges and contributing to robust, high-performing support systems, we'd welcome your application.
