We are looking for someone to work three days a week in a job share role as our Company Nutritionist. Please note: This is a Job Share where you will be working 3 days a week. Lead Tesco's nutrition strategy and translate it into actionable reformulation and product change programmes aligned with business goals. Drive cross-functional workstreams to deliver reformulation priorities across categories. Represent Tesco externally in industry forums, working groups, and public engagements on health and sustainable diets. Engage suppliers and partners to embed nutrition improvements and support category plans. Develop and maintain nutrition policies and standards for Tesco Group, ensuring compliance and best practice. Own and update nutrition content on Tesco systems, keeping information accurate and relevant. Monitor regulatory developments and advise on implications for Tesco UK & Group. Identify innovation opportunities across the value chain to advance health and sustainability. Support broader Healthy & Sustainable Diets agenda, including NGO and consultancy management. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally. Analytical and critical thinking. Passion for improving Healthy & Sustainable Diets Up-to-date nutrition knowledge and understanding of best practice. Ability to translate scientific data and legislation into clear, actionable guidance. Awareness of government health priorities and regulatory landscape. BSc in Nutrition or related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience in nutrition, food industry, or retail. Product development or technical experience desirable. Registered with AfN or BDA.
